Job summary

SpaceX is seeking an HR Business Partner focused on employee relations to partner with managers and staff across the organization. You will advise on policies, manage investigations, and drive people strategies in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with recruiting, training, compensation, and benefits teams to design effective programs, ensure compliance, and support talent retention. Relocation to Starbase, TX is required if not local.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required and 2+ years of human resources experience.
• Experience in employee relations and HR policy guidance, with ability to coach managers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and core HR functions.
• Serve as a key business partner to employees, managers, directors and senior leaders on workforce analytics and organizational optimization.
• Collaborate with HR functions (recruiting, training, compensation, benefits) to optimize programs for client groups.
• Counsel employees and managers guided by policies and laws/regulations.
• Facilitate internal transfers, oversee promotions, conduct exit interviews, and analyze trends to support retention and career development.
• Assist with creation and implementation of HR policies, programs, and processes.
• Uphold strict confidentiality of all matters and documents.
• Maintain employee files and process HR transactions in Workday.
