SpaceXAI in Palo Alto is seeking an HR Business Partner to scale the organization and support its hardcore engineering team. You will collaborate with senior leaders across onboarding, career development, performance, and policy implementation in a fast-growing tech environment.

This hands-on role places a premium on confidentiality, analytics, and change management, with relocation required if you are not local.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of HR Generalist or HRBP experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to employee inquiries and advise on employee relations, performance, and core HR functions.
• Partner with managers and leaders on workforce analytics and organizational design.
• Coordinate with HR functions to optimize programs for client groups.
• Counsel employees and managers per policies and regulations.
• Support transfers, promotions, exits, and retention efforts.
• Help implement HR changes and maintain confidentiality and HR records in Workday.
