Who You Are
The HR Business Partner/Employee Relations supports Cafe Valley by being a resource for leadership and employees throughout the employee life cycle. This role will focus heavily on employee relations, complex workplace investigations, and compliance with employment laws such as FMLA, ADA, and related federal and state regulations. The Sr. HR Generalist will serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance to managers and employees on sensitive and often complex HR matters. This position requires strong analytical and interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate high-risk situations with discretion and consistency. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in fostering a respectful, legally compliant, and inclusive workplace while supporting business leaders in driving a culture of accountability and engagement.

Location
This position works 100% in the office.
