What You’ll Do:
- Employee Experience Programs – Support implementation and continuous enhancement of employee experience initiatives across the employee lifecycle. Coordinate programs that strengthen engagement, retention, belonging, and culture. Help deliver key moments that matter, including onboarding, recognition, career milestones, leadership engagement, and celebrations. Identify opportunities to improve employee experience through process, program, and service enhancements. Partner with HR Business Partners and stakeholders to understand needs and implement solutions.
- Employee Listening & Insights – Administer employee listening programs, including surveys and focus groups. Analyze engagement data, feedback trends, and employee insights. Develop recommendations and support action planning. Maintain employee experience metrics, dashboards, and reporting.
- Recognition, Culture & Engagement – Support enterprise recognition and appreciation programs. Coordinate engagement initiatives that strengthen connection to culture, purpose, values, and priorities. Assist in planning and executing appreciation events, engagement activities, and incentive programs. Collaborate across HR teams to reinforce organizational priorities.
- Program Coordination & Execution – Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and implementation activities. Ensure programs are administered consistently and effectively. Gather feedback, evaluate outcomes, and recommend improvements. Maintain documentation, communications, and program resources.
- Collaboration & Partnership – Build effective relationships across HR, Operations, Communications, Talent Management, Learning & Development, and business functions. Serve as a resource on employee experience practices, methodologies, and emerging trends. Promote consistent experiences while balancing unique business and workforce needs. Support program adoption, participation, and awareness.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience supporting employee experience, engagement, recognition, culture, events, listening, Human Resources programs, or related work.
- Experience coordinating programs, projects, timelines, communications, or implementation activities.
- Ability to analyze feedback and data and translate findings into practical recommendations.
- Strong planning, organization, communication, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.
