Job summary

Becklar, LLC is seeking an HR Generalist/HR Business Partner to support multiple sites from its Ogden, Utah location. The role emphasizes employee relations, workforce planning, and program implementation to strengthen the employee experience across locations.

You’ll partner with leaders to align people strategies with business goals, manage HR systems, and help maintain privacy and compliance. The position offers travel between sites and a collaborative, growth-focused culture.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of HR Generalist or HRBP experience.
• Strong employee relations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; PHR/SHRM-CP preferred.
• Experience with HR systems (e.g., ADP).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to understand business needs and develop people strategies.
• Support employee relations, including conflict resolution and investigations.
• Promote a positive, engaging workplace culture.
• Assist with communication and change management initiatives.
• Manage HR systems (e.g., ADP), ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Support benefits administration and employee inquiries.
• Coordinate employee leaves of absence and return-to-work processes.
• Assist with workforce planning, including headcount and succession planning.
• Monitor productivity and support performance improvement efforts.
• Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.
• Travel between locations as required.
