Job summary

Pulmuone Foods USA, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to serve as the primary HRBP for assigned business units, delivering end-to-end support across HR services with a focus on performance, workforce planning, and talent development.

You will collaborate with leaders to set goals, manage employee relations, and utilize HR data to inform strategic decisions. This role emphasizes change management, HRIS integrity, and effective learning programs in a multinational manufacturing

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP or similar business-facing experience.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, employment law, HR practices, and talent management.
• Strong proficiency with HRIS systems, HR analytics, and workforce reporting.
• Ability to influence and coach leaders at all levels.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft programs, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PPT.
• HR certification (SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR) preferred.
• Korean bilingual preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR Business Partner for assigned business units and leaders, providing end to end support for all people matters.
• Deliver comprehensive HR support across relevant HR services areas in partnerships with HR COEs.
• Maintain strong understanding of the assigned business units, including people, annual goals, strategic objectives, business rhythm.
• Partner with managers and leaders to effectively establish performance goals, expectations, and metrics, to validate performance.
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning, organizational development, succession planning, and talent management.
• Manage employee relations matters, investigations, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Leverage HR data and analytics to support workforce planning and business decisions.
• Ensure effective HR operations, HRIS data integrity, and compliance for assigned business units.
• Lead and oversee Talent Acquisition COE - strategy, processes, and recruiting effectiveness.
• Deliver effective learning programs and employee surveys and set programs to strengthen leadership and employee performance.
• Partner with HR COEs to provide solutions, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and other people initiatives.
• Support organizational change, continuous improvement initiatives, and matters on workforce/talent

Range: $100,000 - $115,000
