Cohere is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support our Tech organization through a high-growth phase. You’ll partner with engineering and research leaders to design scalable org structures, coach leaders, and drive talent strategies across distributed teams.

You’ll operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where ownership matters and cross-functional alignment is essential for sustaining our growth trajectory.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as an HRBP or People Partner.
• Experience partnering with Engineering or Research teams.
• Experience in a startup, scale-up or high-growth environment.
• Experience supporting distributed teams and leaders globally.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders to design and implement scalable org structures.
• Coach managers and strengthen leadership capability.
• Drive performance, talent and succession planning.
• Support engagement, retention and team effectiveness.
