Job Purpose
The Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a key ambassador for People & Culture within the organization, aligning closely with business objectives andfuture strategies. In accordance with TechnipFMC standards, procedures, and processes, the HRBP will be responsible for assisting with various strategic human resources activities and executing Human Resources tasks.

You are meant for this job if :
Spend 95% time in an office environment. Occasional exposure to the shop or field as required. That exposure can lead to possible hazards including noise, outdoor temperature extremes, chemicals, pressure testing, heavy lift operations and shop / field traffic when visiting areas outside of the office
Physical Demands
Office environment requires sitting, operating a computer, walking and some lifting. Hands-on labor in shop and / or field environment, which requires lifting, walking, stooping, bending, and some climbing.
