What’s a typical day as HR Business Partner III? You’ll be:

  • Maintaining routine reporting and analytics to track hiring progress, headcount budgets, and future headcount needs, reporting to the Senior Manager HR Business Partner - DDN Global Engineering.
  • Analyzing and manipulating data in Excel using filters, formulas, pivot tables, and conditional formatting to provide actionable insights.
  • Documenting and optimizing operational processes by creating clear, step-by-step documentation of existing workflows and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Have 3+ years of HR-related experience (e.g., HRBP, HR Generalist, HR Coordinator).
  • Possess intermediate Excel proficiency with experience using pivot tables, charts, conditional formatting, and moderately complex formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, IF, CONCATENATE).
