Job Summary
The Human Resources (HR) Business Partner reports to the Department of Human Resources and provides comprehensive support to employees and leaders across the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee ( UWM ). This role serves as the primary HR liaison for assigned client groups, offering consultation on a wide range of human resources matters. The HR Business Partner collaborates with departmental leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
The HR Business Partner serves as the main point of contact for client groups on topics related to HR policies, procedures, employment law, and best practices across all core HR functions.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Target Salary Range $68,000 - $72,000
