Job summary

Körber Pharma Packaging AG is seeking an administrative/operational professional to support Customer Service, Parts, Field Service, and Project Management. The role includes ERP data entry, expense processing, invoicing, and training new staff on time entry and expense reporting.

You will also assist Shipping/Receiving, process goods receipts and shipments, handle customs, and support Aftermarket with ticket triage and case follow-up in a global, open culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree in Business or related field preferred.
• Five years of applicable business experience preferred.
• Sales CRM experience preferred.
• SAP ERP experience preferred.
• Modern work environment with openness to improvements.
• Global operating company with a growing business.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Customer Service/Parts, Field Service and Project Management (ERP entries, PO creation, sales and work orders).
• Review and approve expenses and upload service reports to ERP.
• Prepare service invoices and close sales/work orders with manager approval.
• Train new employees on ERP time entry and Concur expense reporting.
• Assist management with financial reports.
• Support Shipping/Receiving: scan packing lists, process goods receipts and shipments, handle customs clearance.
• Support Sales Force & Aftermarket: triage tickets, assist with case management and follow-up, ensure proper closure.

Your role in our team

• You will provide support to Customer Service/Parts, Field Service and Project Management to include:
  • Create and maintain service and project jobs in ERP system (enter POs, generate sales orders and work orders, communicate work order numbers to Head of Depts)
  • Review and approve expenses and uploads service reports to ERP system
  • Prepare service invoices and closes sales orders and work orders upon manager’s approval
  • Train new employees on ERP system time entry and Concur expense report entry
  • Assist management team with financial reports
• You will offer support to Shipping and Receiving to include:
  • Scan packing lists and attach in ERP system
  • Process goods receipts
  • Process shipments
  • Custom clearance
• You will deliver support to Sales Force & Aftermarket operations to include:
  • Manage and triage tickets for Aftermarket department
  • Assist with case management and follow-up
  • Ensure cases are properly closed and required documentation is complete
• You will act as office culture ambassador

Your profile

• You have a High school diploma or GED equivalent
• You have an Associates degree in Business or related field preferred
• You have five years of applicable business experience preferred
• You have sales CRM experience preferred
• You have SAP ERP experience preferred
