Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a day-shift, full-time HR Business Partner based in Amarillo, TX to lead Health Services HR initiatives onsite. You will partner with leadership to align HR programs with business goals, contribute to enterprise HR projects, and support local conditions and market demands.

The role requires a BA/BS, 3+ years in HR, and the ability to influence leaders while delivering value to managers and staff in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required.
• 3+ years of Human Resources experience in a multi-stakeholder environment.
• Experience facilitating meetings, discussions, and programs (training content).
• Experience coaching local managers to create positive business outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with and influence leaders.
• Experience leading and mentoring internal partners to deliver results.
• SHRM certified and/or extensive knowledge of current HR practices, principles, and trends.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers and directors to drive results based on business strategy and objectives.
• Align business objectives with employees and management.
• Collaborate across HR to deliver value-added service reflecting facility, market, and region objectives.
• Understand the facility’s financial position, labor market demands, and operating landscape to guide people-related decisions.
• Support and deliver on enterprise-wide HR projects and activities.
• Create HR agendas that align with corporate HR strategies and local conditions.

Responsibilities

• The Human Resources Business Partner partners directly with managers and directors and their respective teams to drive results based on business strategy and objectives.
• The HRBP position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management.
• The position collaborates across the HR function to deliver value‑added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the facility, market, and region.
• The HRBP is expected to demonstrate a solid understanding of the facility’s financial position, labor market demands, and operating landscape and use this knowledge to guide people‑related decisions and plans.
• In addition, the HRBP will support/deliver on enterprise‑wide HR related projects and activities.
• The HRBP role is responsible for creating HR agendas that align with corporate HR strategies and support local interests and conditions.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• BA/BS required
• 3+ years of Human Resources experience - Relevant HR experience (HR Adviser, Generalist or Specialist) gained in an organization with multiple stakeholders, including matrix relationships (Healthcare experience preferred)
• Experience facilitating meetings, discussions, and programs (training content)
• Experience coaching local managers to create positive business outcomes
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with and influence leaders
• Experience leading and mentoring internal partners to deliver results
