Neogen is offering an HR Intern position designed for students pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields. The role focuses on supporting recruiting, onboarding, and employee engagement while gaining hands-on experience in a professional corporate setting.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, Communications, or related field.
• Rising sophomore, junior, senior, or graduate student.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Preferred: leadership via campus orgs, volunteer work, or employment.
• Interest in HR career and teamwork experience.

Responsabilités

• Assist with recruiting activities: reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, candidate communications.
• Support onboarding and orientation activities for new hires.
• Help coordinate employee engagement, recognition programs, and events.
• Maintain confidential HR records and assist with data entry and reporting.
• Participate in HR projects focused on talent acquisition and process improvement.
• Assist with internship program activities and networking events.
• Partner with HR on special projects and presentations.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
