Job summary

Social Discovery Group ищет опытного HRBP/HRD для управления персоналом и реализации стратегических задач группы в международной цифровой компании. Вы сможете выстраивать процессы под цели бизнеса и KPI.

Кандидат должен владеть русским и английским языками, иметь опыт полного цикла сотрудников, аналитически работать с C&B и вовлечением, управлять проектами и развивать команду. Предпочтительно опыт в payroll-бюджетах, удержании сотрудников и работе с данными, устойчивость к стрессу и умение

Qualifications

• 4+ года опыта на HRBP/HRD в международной цифровой IT/продуктовой компании
• Опыт внедрения полного цикла сотрудников: найм, адаптация, обучение, развитие, succession, увольнение, оценка
• Опыт управления payroll-бюджетами, текучестью, вовлеченностью и лояльностью с конкретными примерами
• Оперативный опыт в C&B и аналитике
• Мотивация росту и идеям выше материальных стимулов
• Сильные навыки планирования проектов
• Высокая стрессоустойчивость и умение работать в условиях неопределенности
• Свободное владение русским и английским языками

Responsibilities

• Обеспечивать вклад персонала в стратегические цели и финансовые KPI подразделения
• Управлять набором сотрудников по испытательному сроку и соответствие требованиям
• Способствовать вовлеченности и удержанию сотрудников через мотивационную среду
• Внедрять и обеспечивать соблюдение HR-процессов в рамках коллектива
• Контролировать удовлетворенность менеджеров и сотрудников HR-функцией

Ensure the business unit’s personnel contribute effectively to its strategic goals and financial targets Manage staffing to ensure the business unit has the right number of employees who have completed their probationary period and meet the company’s satisfaction Foster employee engagement and retention by creating a motivating work environment where employees are committed to staying and taking on new responsibilities Implement and enforce HR processes within the business unit in compliance with company policies and regulations Monitor and measure managers’ and employees’ satisfaction with the HR function

Требования:

At least 4 years of successful experience in a similar HR BP/HRD role at an international digital, IT, or product company Ability to implement and ensure the execution of employee lifecycle processes, including hiring, onboarding, training and development, succession planning, termination, and performance evaluation Experience managing payroll budgets, turnover, efficiency, employee engagement, and loyalty, with measurable examples of impact on these metrics Operational experience in C&B and analytics Motivated by development, achievement, and ideas rather than material or process-driven incentives Persistent, results-oriented, and able to work with numbers, facts, and figures Strong project management skills Highly stress-resistant and able to work amid uncertainty and multitasking Strong command of Russian and English
