Responsibilities

• Explain benefits to employees (medical, dental/vision, life, and supplemental plans).
• Coordinate between brokers/vendors and employees; liaise with payroll/finance.
• Maintain the benefits administration portal and ensure data accuracy.
• Create benefit deduction transactions and review the Employee Benefits Guide annually.
• Assist departing employees with understanding their benefits, COBRA, portability and conversion options.
