Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or combined years of experience.
3-5 years of experience in compensation, benefits, payroll, or human resources
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software and ability to learn new programs quickly
Responsibilities
Administer and maintain compensation and benefits programs, including union-based plans in accordance with collective bargaining agreements
Analyze compensation data, market trends, and internal equity to support competitive pay practices
Ensure accurate processing of wages, deductions, and benefit contributions across all entities
Support benefits enrollment, employee education, and communication initiatives
Evaluate and recommend improvements to compensation and benefits processes for efficiency and compliance
Lead or participate in special projects related to compensation, benefits, and system implementations
