Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or combined years of experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in compensation, benefits, payroll, or human resources
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software and ability to learn new programs quickly

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain compensation and benefits programs, including union-based plans in accordance with collective bargaining agreements
• Analyze compensation data, market trends, and internal equity to support competitive pay practices
• Ensure accurate processing of wages, deductions, and benefit contributions across all entities
• Support benefits enrollment, employee education, and communication initiatives
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to compensation and benefits processes for efficiency and compliance
• Lead or participate in special projects related to compensation, benefits, and system implementations

Your day-to-day as a HRBenefits Specialist:

• Administer and maintain compensation and benefits programs, including union-based plans in accordance with collective bargaining agreements
• Analyze compensation data, market trends, and internal equity to support competitive pay practices
• Ensure accurate processing of wages, deductions, and benefit contributions across all entities
• Support benefits enrollment, employee education, and communication initiatives

Your skills and experience:
