Job summary

University of Missouri Human Resources seeks a detail‑oriented HR Specialist III to handle benefits, retirement and tuition assistance processing. You will support customers, retirees and dependents; respond to inquiries; and ensure accurate documentation and timely payroll related actions.

Responsibilities include reviewing enrollment materials, assisting with Medicare and COBRA related tasks, and maintaining strong data integrity in reports and workflows using PeopleSoft, Perceptive Content

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service, problem solving and tier-two support for routine and non-routine inquiries related to benefits, retirement and tuition assistance processing.
• Review enrollment forms for accuracy and completion and initiate outreach to support timely pension processing.
• Monitor ticketing system inboxes and imaging workflows to respond to inquiries and route documents.
• Process corrections and maintain data integrity in reports related to eligibility and enrollment.
