Job summary

The position involves benefits orientation for new hires and benefit meetings for retirees, with duties spanning data entry, reporting, and coordination with vendors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, preferably with business courses in HR.
• Minimum of one year in HR or benefits administration.
• Preferred: three years of HR or benefits experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitors enrollment and assists with medical, dental, and vision enrollments.
• Processes FMLA, military leaves, and other eligible leaves; communicates with employees and managers.
• Advises retirees about pension and healthcare options.
• Compiles and maintains benefit information, invoices and reports; processes payments.
• Supports ACA reporting and data accuracy for benefits.
