Job summary

Triad Sales & Recruiting Solutions in North Carolina seeks a seasoned HR Benefits & Payroll Specialist to manage multi-site payroll processing, year-end reporting, and benefits administration with strict accuracy and confidentiality.

You will support HR managers, coordinate with benefit vendors, and drive improvements in payroll and benefits processes, controls and efficiency while handling issues with urgency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience processing multi-state payrolls and administering employee benefit programs.
• Working knowledge of HRIS, payroll and benefit administration systems.
• Knowledge of payroll tax regulations, wage and hour laws, benefit compliance and HR practices.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating payroll and benefits with HR, Finance, employees and third-party vendors.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll and year-end reporting for multi-site locations.
• Support HR managers in working with benefit vendors.

Your Role Requires

• Must have experience processing payroll and year end reporting for multi sites.


• Be able to support our Human Resources managers in working with benefit vendors


• You are ambitious to identify opportunities to improve payroll and benefits processes, controls and efficiency.


• Assist with investigating and resolving payroll discrepancies, benefits issues and vendor related concerns.


• You are committed to working with a high level of urgency, accuracy and confidentiality when handling employee sensitive information.

** Your Profile**

• You have 3+ years of experience processing multi-state payrolls and administering employee benefit programs (packaging/manufacuring industry is a plus)


• You have working knowledge of HRIS, payroll and benefit administration systems.


• You have working knowledge of payroll tax regulations, wage and hour laws, benefit compliance and HR practices.


• You can work independently while managing payroll and benefit processes while partnering effectively with HR, Finance, employees and third-party vendors.
