SITE SANTA FE, a non-profit contemporary arts organization in Santa Fe, NM, seeks a Human Resources Manager to run daily HR operations, payroll, benefits, and policy guidance. The role reports to the Executive Director and supports culture, performance management, and regulatory compliance.

30 hours/week with benefits; non-exempt, full-time. Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years HR experience, familiarity with HRIS and payroll, and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR experience or more.
• Professional HR certification preferred.
• Familiarity with HRIS, payroll, and benefits administration.
• Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsabilités

• Run daily HR operations, including hiring and interviewing staff.
• Administer pay, benefits, and leave; support culture and policies.
• Oversee performance management and employee relations.
• Ensure IRS/ERISA and reporting compliance (e.g., 5500 series).
• Coordinate training, staff events, and recognition programs.
• Provide guidance to supervisors on workforce decisions.
