Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires HS graduation or GED with 2 years in HR, benefits, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of benefits administration and payroll processes.
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees and management.

Responsibilities

• Administers employee benefits including health, dental, and retirement plans.
• Handles FMLA and ADAAA leaves and related premiums.
• Maintains EEOC reporting and census data annually.
• Assists with salary surveys and job postings.
• Manages new hire processing, separations, transfers, and promotions.
• Assists with employee relations and employment verifications.
• Prepares and posts job descriptions and announcements.
• Manages open enrollment communications and retirement seminars, and service awards.
• Performs related duties as required.
