Bell County in Central Texas is seeking an HR Benefits Administrator to join our team. The role focuses on benefits, leave management, and open enrollment, ensuring accurate processing and compliance.
You will administer health and retirement benefits, assist with FMLA/ADAAA, EEOC reporting, and personnel actions such as hires, promotions, and separations. A valid driver's license and English proficiency are required.

Requires a High School graduation or GED equivalent supplemented by two (2) years of experience in human resources, benefits administration, or possession of any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Performs sedentary work that involves walking or standing some of the time and involves exerting up to 10 pounds of force on a regular and recurring basis or sustained keyboard operations.

Must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license with an acceptable driving history. Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language.
