Publicis Groupe in the United States is seeking a Senior HR Process Automation Specialist to lead AI-enabled automation across Talent and HR, focusing on Power Platform, compliance, and scalable workflows.

You will design, implement, and optimize automated solutions using Power Automate, SharePoint, Power Apps, and SAP SuccessFactors integrations, while ensuring adherence to U.S. employment laws and data privacy.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in HR operations, HR technology, or process automation.
Experience designing or supporting automated workflows and triage processes.
Solid understanding of U.S. employment laws and compliance requirements.
Ability to translate business needs into scalable, system-based solutions.
Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

Own and optimize HR technology solutions across the AI ecosystem, SharePoint, and Power Platform.
Design and digitize manual workflows, automate approvals and communications.
Identify inefficiencies and develop scalable, compliant automation solutions.
Manage HR compliance inbox, triage inquiries, and support background checks and I‑9.
Develop AI-driven knowledge bases to reduce manual workload while ensuring accuracy.
Partner with teams to ensure solutions meet legal and regulatory standards.
Support rollout of new initiatives and track automation performance.
