Overview

The Senior HR Process Automation Specialist serves as a technology and process leader for use of automated and AI-specific enabled solutions for Talent teams. This role is responsible for partnering with team members in designing, implementing, and optimizing intelligent automation solutions that enhance efficiency, scalability, and compliance across Talent and HR functions.

The Senior HR Process Automation Specialist combines advanced Power Platform expertise with a solid understanding of U.S. employment laws to develop and deliver compliant, digitally-focused HR solutions. This highly organized, diligent individual manages high-volume requests and multiple concurrent initiatives while maintaining a solid focus on quality and accuracy.

Working closely with analysts and cross-functional partners, the ideal candidate will blend advanced Power Platform expertise with emerging AI capabilities (including generative AI, copilots, and intelligent workflow automation) to transform traditional HR processes into proactive, data-driven solutions. The Specialist operates with a product mindset—continuously finding opportunities to reduce manual effort, improve user experience, and ensure consistency to regulatory and internal compliance standards. The ideal candidate is both technically proficient and operationally strong—able to manage high-volume intake (e.g., project and shared inbox requests), while also maintaining current and building additional scalable AI-driven triage and knowledge solutions that reduce dependency on manual intervention over time. The role employs a range of SaaS tools to be incorporated with AI/automated solutions, including Adobe, DocuSign, Microsoft Teams, and SAP SuccessFactors, to improve efficiency and streamline HR operations.

    • Adobe (Forms and related document automation tools)

    • DocuSign and other SaaS platforms supporting HR and workflow automation

  • 3–5 years of experience in HR operations, HR technology, or process automation roles, preferably within a high-volume or shared services environment
