Job summary

Arlettie in New York is hiring a full-time HR Manager to oversee high-volume temporary staffing for showroom events. You will build a seasonal staff database, organize recruitment sessions, conduct interviews, and enter data in the HR system.

You will also schedule weekly rosters, monitor budgets for each event, manage external security providers, and support payroll data transfers. A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in HR are required; strong Excel skills and proactive, detail-oriented teamwork

Job description

As part of our expansion, we are seeking a full-time HR Manager for our showroom in New York.

Recruitment of our operational teams
  • Contributing each season to building a database of qualified fixed-term contract staff (approximately 500 contacts per season)
  • Organizing recruitment sessions
  • Participating in recruitment interviews
  • Entering information into the database
  • Updating candidate records and information daily
Weekly scheduling of Arlettie employees
  • Ensuring compliance with the general management's budgets and HR needs for each event
  • Monitoring and optimizing the budget daily
  • Scheduling based on each employee's specificities
  • Using the HR platform to share schedules to employees
  • Following up on employee schedule confirmations
  • Managing activity-related specificities and unforeseen circumstances: team reinforcements, employee replacements, etc.
  • Managing external security providers: scheduling, quotes, invoicing
Administrative management of HR activities
  • Preparing temporary employment contracts
  • Sending payroll information to our payroll service provider
  • Following up on employee requests daily
  • Ensuring compliance and enforce the company's policies and legal requirements
  • Monitoring and fulfilling reporting obligations
Strategic and developmental dimension
  • Participation in HR processes improvements in collaboration with the HQ HR Department
  • Managing HR projects and internal initiatives
Profile required

You hold a Bachelor's degree and have at least 2 years of professional experience as an HR Manager in a dynamic environment with a highly variable flow of temporary employees, managing high-volume recruitment processes.

You are known for your strong attention to detail and rigor, as well as your proactivity and adaptability.

You thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment, particularly when handling large numbers of temporary staff. You enjoy working in a team.

You have proficient computer skills, especially in Excel.
