Messika, a Parisian Haute Joaillerie Maison, is seeking a Payroll & HR Administration Coordinator for a permanent role based in New York. Reporting to the US HR Manager, your role will be to support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources function and contribute to delivering a high-quality employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle. As a key partner to the business during a period of growth, you will provide HR administrative support while ensuring the smooth execution of payroll, benefits, onboarding, and HR projects.
You hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and have between 2 and 5 years of experience in Human Resources, including benefits administration and payroll coordination, ideally gained within the luxury, retail, fashion, or fine jewelry industry.
Recognized for your organizational skills and attention to detail, you are able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality. You are proactive, solution-oriented, and enjoy collaborating with various stakeholders.
You are comfortable working with IT tools, HRIS, and payroll systems.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office is required, and experience with ADP and Workday is a plus.
You are fluent in English.
