Job summary

Texas Original Compassionate Cultivation is seeking an HR Associate to support recruiting, onboarding, and HR operations across Texas locations. You will manage ADP data, coordinate interviews, and assist with benefits and employee communications.

The role offers exposure to the full employee lifecycle in a regulated medical cannabis environment. Strong organizational and confidentiality skills are essential for success in this fast-paced office setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 0-2 years of HR, recruiting, or related administrative role preferred; internship experience welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Enroll new employees in ADP and maintain employee data.
• Post jobs, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews.
• Support onboarding, orientation, and Day 1 setup.
• Maintain employee records and assist with LOAs, terminations, and promotions.
• Assist with benefit enrollment and employee inquiries.
