Thrive Market is seeking a Human Resources Associate (HRA) with strong analytical and communication skills. You will develop staffing solutions, adhere to guidelines, and maintain HRIS configurations while supporting People Ops initiatives.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills, plus Zoom, Slack and Google Suite.
• Analytical and problem solving skills.
• Effective communicator with ability to build relationships and provide clarity.
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist staffing employees and staff with HR functional issues.
• Resolve administrative issues with staffing representatives.
• Assist with daily and weekly staffing and employee reports.
• Process employment changes in HRIS including personal information and reporting.
• Support monthly People Ops activities.
• Lead orientation for new staff and staffing employees.
• Coordinate payroll actions with Payroll for HQ teams.
• Collaborate with People Ops on strategic initiatives ensuring compliance and values alignment.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with tact.
• Support employment-related issues including leaves, employee relations investigations, workers’ compensation, and OSHA.
