• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires
• Maintain employee records and track attendance
• Provide HR support addressing employee inquiries and concerns
• Assist with organizing store events and promotions with proper staffing
• Communicate with store manager to align HR and operational policies
• Handle internal and external HR inquiries and requests
