Job summary

Real Fruit Bubble Tea, founded in Toronto, is expanding with over 140 locations across Canada and the USA. We are seeking an HR Assistant/Assistant Store Manager who will support HR initiatives, manage inquiries, and help implement HR policies while assisting store operations.

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will coordinate recruitment, onboarding, employee records, scheduling interviews, and help ensure smooth store operations and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• New graduates welcome; no prior work experience required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Provide strong support to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily store operations including beverage prep and cleanliness.
• Support store manager with staff supervision and customer service.
• Manage inventory and order supplies to keep operations efficient.
• Assist with recruitment: posting jobs, reviewing applications, interviewing.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Maintain accurate employee records and track attendance.
• Provide HR support addressing employee inquiries.
• Organize store events and promotions with proper staffing.
• Communicate HR and operational policies with the store manager.
• Handle internal and external HR inquiries and requests.
