This offer is 100% remote until further notice.

Location: Remote (US)

Est Hourly Salary: $30.00 - $45.00

Job Type: Full-time/Part-time/Contract

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team and support our recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Zoom interviews and assist in the candidate selection process.
  • Filter and evaluate qualified candidates based on established criteria.
  • Maintain accurate records of applicants and ensure proper documentation is organized.
  • Manage and organize documentation received through various channels, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Utilize DocuSign for document management and electronic signatures.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.
  • Provide excellent communication support to candidates and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in Human Resources or a related field is required.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Google Drive and familiar with document management tools.
  • Experience with DocuSign or similar electronic signature platforms is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
