Korpack is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support recruiting, onboarding, benefits, employee relations, compliance, and HR records. You will be the first point of contact for employees on HR matters, keeping people processes accurate and compliant to attract, develop, and retain a strong team.
This full-time role in Illinois requires a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 2–4 years HR experience, and working knowledge of federal and Illinois employment law.

The Human Resources Generalist supports the day-to-day operations of the HR function across recruiting, onboarding, benefits, employee relations, compliance, and HR records. The role serves as the first point of contact for employees on HR matters and keeps the company's people processes accurate, consistent, and compliant, so that Korpack can attract, develop, and retain a strong team.

Work environment
This job operates in a professional office environment with occasional time in the warehouse/production areas. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
Physical demands
This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand as necessary.
Position type and expected hours of work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (confirm) . Occasional flexibility may be required.
