Job summary

Responsibilities span recruitment, interview coordination, reference checks, onboarding documentation, benefits help, and HR records management, with a strong focus on confidentiality and positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities.
• Experience with ATS, HRIS, and MS Office.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment process for assigned positions, including posting openings and reviewing applications.
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to identify qualified applicants.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team.
• Provide timely updates to candidates and ensure a positive experience.
• Conduct reference checks, prepare offers, and assist with pre‑employment screenings.
• Monitor recruiting activities and maintain hiring records.
• Participate in job fairs and community recruiting events.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding, documents, orientation, and files.
• Assist with benefits administration and HR transactions.
• Support performance reviews and special HR projects.
