Job summary

Impact CNC LLC is seeking an entry-level Human Resources Assistant to provide administrative support to the HR Manager. The role focuses on recruiting, onboarding, employee records, data entry, filing, scanning, safety documentation, and general HR tasks.

You will assist with posting openings, scheduling interviews, preparing new-hire materials, and maintaining personnel files. You will also support safety records and HR communications as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiting activities: post openings, screen applicants, schedule interviews.

• Enter and update employee information in Paycom and other systems.
• Maintain organized personnel files and ensure proper filing and scanning.
• Support employment verifications and HR-related reports.
• Track required documents and follow up on missing information.
• Provide courteous HR support and route complex questions to HR Manager.
• Assist with HR and safety-related events and communications.
• Maintain safety training records and safety documentation.
