Job summary

The position is Monday through Friday, 7:30AM - 4:30PM, with full benefits. Candidates should be bilingual (English/Spanish), have an associate degree or related experience, and be proficient with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required or preferred.
• Associate degree or 1+ years related experience; general HR exposure welcomed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry in HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist HR with recruiting, benefits, record keeping, timekeeping, payroll, onboarding, and HR-related matters.
• Maintain confidential communication with employees and management at all levels.
• Input payroll data and update HRIS records; prepare reports for management.
