Qualifications

• Associate's degree in HR, business admin, or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of administrative or HR experience preferred.
• Excellent computer skills and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.
• Assisting with recruiting, candidate communication, and interview scheduling.
• Preparing new hire paperwork and coordinating employee orientation.
• Entering new employee information into HR, payroll, and other internal systems.
• Assisting with timekeeping, payroll data, attendance, PTO, and leave tracking.
• Providing basic information regarding company policies, benefits, and enrollment.
• Tracking employee training, certifications, and compliance records.
• Other duties as assigned.
