You will manage employee files, vendor setup, international transfer data entry, payroll documentation, and audits, while collaborating with SAP HR and other HR systems in a dynamic team that offers growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience with HR data entry and file management.
• Familiarity with payroll documentation and W-4s.
• Knowledge of SAP HR or similar HRIS.
• Confidentiality and data accuracy are essential.
• Strong organizational skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR transactions and vendor setup.
• Enter international transfer data into databases accurately.
• Assist team with questions on international transfers and vendors.
• Participate in internal audits and escalate issues when needed.
• Prepare payroll documentation including loans and W-4s.
• Collaborate with SAP HR and other HR systems as needed.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and process orientation.

Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Analyst to join their team. As an HR Analyst, you will support the US Global Mobility and Domestic Relocation department, ensuring smooth transfer processes and data accuracy. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, aligning well with the company's commitment to excellence and diversity.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day transactions such as setting up employee files and initiating vendor services


• Enter international transfer information into various databases accurately


• Assist team members with questions related to international transfers and vendors


• Participate in internal audits and elevate issues when necessary


• Calculate, prepare, and process payroll documentation including loans and W4s


• Above average knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite


• Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset


• Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills


• Previous experience with SAP HR is preferred


• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to maintain confidentiality
