OMES is seeking a Hiring/HR Assistant to support the Human Resources team in a full-time, in-office role. The position involves coordinating recruiting activities, screening candidates, and maintaining conduct of HR records using Workday, with a strong focus on candidate experience and data accuracy.
Responsibilities include data entry, interview coordination, and assisting with onboarding and ongoing HR projects. Bachelor's degree in business or HR and 1+ years in recruiting are preferred.

This position is in a comfortable office setting with a computer for a large percentage of the workday. The noise level in the work environment is usually mild.
Ability to stand for 6-8 hours when attending recruiting events and be able to sit or perform duties on a computer for 6-8 hrs.
Occasional travel may be required. May assist and/or attend recruiting events.
