Smart Start Academy is seeking an HR Associate to assist with hiring and onboarding in our Hoboken-based preschool. The ideal candidate has an associate degree or higher, and about 1 year of HR or office experience, plus strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities include posting job descriptions, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, onboarding, and employee relations. We offer a competitive benefits package and growth opportunities.
