Job summary

WECTEC Staffing Svcs LLC is seeking an HR Assistant for a Fall Outage Season contract (3–4 months). The role is fully remote with 1st shift hours Mon-Fri and some weekend hours during busy onboarding periods.

You will handle onboarding/offboarding, payroll data, and updates across internal systems. Ideal candidates have 3 years HRIS experience (PowerHUB, SuccessFactors, SAP), strong HR operations know-how, and excellent organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee data across internal systems.

• Manage per diem certification and contractor data.
• Create and revise HR processes and workflows.
• Prepare data reports and ensure data accuracy.

About The Role

HR Assistant, Contract Fall Outage Season - 3 - 4 months (August-November)

You will work 100% remote.

You will be a critical resource tasked with new hire onboarding and off-boarding, payroll management, and data adjustments in various systems throughout the internal network.

You will work 1st shift hours, Monday-Friday with additional weekend hours during busy onboarding periods.
