Comprehensive Rehab Consultants, a physician practice with a national footprint, is hiring its first dedicated HR Manager. You will own onboarding, employee surveys, internal communications, and the employer brand, while building programs from the ground up.

You will report to the CFO and partner with leadership across operations in a hybrid setup with two days on site in Oakbrook Terrace, IL. This build role offers latitude to create scalable HR processes, supported by a transactional team, and

Formación

• 3–7 years of progressive HR generalist experience.
• Multi-state employment experience across 40+ states.
• Working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, wage and hour, state leave requirements.
• Experience building at least one HR program from the ground up (onboarding, engagement, recognition, or employer brand).
• Strong writing and communication skills, including formal correspondence.

Responsabilidades

• Own onboarding for corporate and administrative hires with a structured first 90 days.
• Manage day-to-day HR operations: PTO, records, payroll support and compliance.
• Handle employment correspondence, garnishments, unemployment claims and appeals.
• Administer leave determinations under FMLA, ADA and state laws; coordinate paperwork.
• Support employee relations and investigations; provide leadership with findings and recommendations.
• Oversee annual performance review cycle for corporate/non-clinical staff and exit interviews.
• Lead employee survey program across engagement, quarterly and pulse surveys.
• Build and run employer brand on Glassdoor/Indeed and LinkedIn; spotlight employees.
• Oversee internal communications, recognition, and culture initiatives.
