Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking an HR Reporting Analyst to create HR reports and support reporting projects by gathering and integrating resources and business data. You will work with Workday reporting, templates, and BI tools like Power BI to tell the data story.

You will process requests via ServiceNow, partner with Workforce Analysts, and help with requirements gathering and UAT. Strong independence and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Three or more years of reporting and data analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Process Workday report requests received through U.S. Bank’s case management system.
• Collaborate with business partners to prioritize requests.
• Partner with Workforce Analysts.
• Collaborate with various partners to provide a holistic view of the analysis.
• Present data and analysis in a clear and concise manner to drive data‑driven decisions, ensuring compliance with company standards.
