Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3 year of Human Resources experience, including internships.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with recruiting.
• No immigration sponsorship is offered for this position; CPT/OPT/STEM OPT etc. are not supported.
• No relocation benefit; candidates within a 50-mile radius of Jonesville, SC will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Support hiring plans of salaried and hourly employees.
• Coordinate recruitment efforts with Eaton Talent Acquisition team.
• Coordinate and facilitate new employee orientation and onboarding.
• Monitor employment for contingent personnel through partnership with Randstad.
• Lead outreach efforts by promoting relationships with civic and educational institutions.
• Assist in development of the Affirmpc Action Plan and related reports.
• Provide proactive support to establish a progressive HR climate and continuous improvement.
• Model and communicate Eaton's Values & Work Practices.
