Job summary

Join Eaton in Jonesville, SC as a Talent/HR Analyst. You will partner with the HR Manager to use data-driven insights to improve workforce programs and HR processes.

This role blends analytics, strategy, and employee-focused solutions to support business objectives. You will assist with hiring plans for salaried and hourly staff, coordinate recruiting with the Talent Acquisition team, and drive onboarding and orientation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3 years of Human Resources experience, including internships.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with recruiting.
• Eaton will not sponsor employment visas or CPT/OPT/STEM OPT plans.

Responsibilities

• Support hiring plans for salaried and hourly employees.
• Coordinate recruitment efforts with Eaton Talent Acquisition team.
• Coordinate and facilitate new employee orientation and onboarding.
• Monitor employment for contingent personnel through partnership with Randstad.
• Lead outreach efforts with civic and educational institutions.
• Assist in development of the Affirmative Action Plan and related reports.
• Support a progressive HR climate focused on continuous improvement, communications, and teamwork.
