Job summary

JPMorganChase in the United States offers a 9-week Human Resources Analyst Development Program Summer Analyst position. You will work on live problems with HR product owners, analytics teams, and business leaders, owning a defined project and presenting to senior stakeholders at the end of the summer.

Beyond hands-on experience, you will benefit from structured training, mentorship, and opportunities to connect with senior leaders and peers across the organization.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a BA/BS or 5th-year MA/MS with expected graduation Dec 2027–Jun 2028
• Interest in Human Resources and the future of work through coursework, clubs, or projects
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams
• Data literacy and analytics for insights and decision-making
• Comfortable with Excel and quick learner of new tools
• Active user of AI tools and ability to validate outputs

Responsibilities

• Own an end-to-end project tied to a business priority and present findings to senior stakeholders
• Use AI tools to accelerate research while validating outputs and surfacing risks
• Collaborate across HR and with stakeholders to design forward-looking people strategies
• Develop critical thinking, problem solving, and a digital-first mindset
• Build relationships across summer classes in Columbus and other locations
• Participate in structured training and mentorship programs
• Ask sharp questions and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
