Tenstorrent is hiring for an HR Analytics role that turns raw HR data into trusted reporting and scalable analytics products. You will build out BI tooling, improve source-data quality, and partner with teams on data interfaces, including LLM-driven analytics and simple web pages.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SQL with HR data structures (HRIS/ATS) and spreadsheet modeling in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Tableau experience creating dashboards that are actually used by stakeholders.
• Interest in building modern data products (BI, AI interfaces, simple web pages).
• Bonus: exposure to dbt, Snowflake, GitHub; lightweight web scripting (Python, Apps Script, HTML/CSS).

Responsibilities

• Own core HR analytics building blocks: trusted reporting, scalable analytics products, and actionable insights for leaders.
• Build out BI tooling, improve source-data quality across systems, partner with teams for data interfaces.
• Evaluate and deliver dashboards, data products, and web-based analytics to support decision making.
