Job summary

Tenstorrent is seeking a recruiter to identify and bring in talent across supply chain, procurement, planning, manufacturing operations, logistics, and related business functions. This is a 6‑month contract with remote work, preference for candidates in Santa Clara, CA; Austin, TX; or Toronto, ON.

You will partner with hiring managers to scope roles, build pipelines, and close candidates who can scale our fast‑growing, deep‑tech organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience across supply chain, operations, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, planning, or related business functions.
• Ability to build talent pipelines beyond LinkedIn through industry networks, referrals, niche communities, and targeted market mapping.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers to scope roles, calibrate profiles, and move searches forward with speed and clarity.
• Strong candidate assessment and closing skills for operationally critical roles where business impact matters.
• A process‑oriented mindset with the ability to keep recruiting workflows sharp, human, and scalable.

Responsibilities
