Job summary

Maximus is seeking an HR Analytics Specialist to analyze HR programs and reporting initiatives in Denver, CO. You will transform data into actionable insights and visuals for audiences at all levels.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in HR analytics, reporting, and forecasting. You will create dashboards, maintain metrics, and deliver timely analyses to support workforce decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in HR analytics or related field.
• Experience analyzing and reporting HR programs and initiatives.
• Ability to create and maintain HR analytics dashboards and reports.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for performing analyses of numerous Human Resources programs and initiatives.
• Responsible for analyzing and reporting HR staffing initiatives on weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis such as: Turnover/Attrition, Headcount and Forecasting and make recommendations for action or improvement based upon results.
• Create, maintain, and analyze timely analytics/metrics on HR initiatives.
• Create and maintain any additional ad hoc analytics requests.
• Responsible for creating and maintaining new/innovative reporting platforms to convey results using the allocated tools.
• Responsible for converting complex data into visually appealing presentation formats to be delivered to audiences at all levels.
• Assist Human Resources in carrying out various human resources programs and procedures.
