Job summary

Wayside Youth & Family Support Network is seeking an HR Analyst in Framingham to support People & Culture and Finance through analytics, HR systems administration, and payroll processing. You will help ensure data integrity, generate workforce insights, and drive process improvements.

The role reports to the Director of People & Culture and partners with the Payroll Manager, CIO and Finance team. A Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of experience are required, with strong Excel and Power BI skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in HR, payroll, HRIS, analytics, or related functions.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze workforce reports and dashboards.
• Track turnover, retention, vacancies, demographics, engagement, and other metrics.
• Support annual workforce analysis and strategic planning initiatives.
• Create reports using HRIS, payroll, Excel, Acumatica and Power BI.
• Audit employee data and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Serve as a primary HRIS support resource and maintain records.
• Support payroll processing and year-end activities.
• Assist with internal audits and regulatory reporting.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes.
